Job Title: Foot Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Foot Therapy Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Explain treatment options to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of foot therapy.
  • Apply pressure techniques using thumbs and fingers to stimulate reflex points on clients' feet.
  • Communicate effectively with clients during massages, making adjustments as needed to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Record client services provided, including any necessary follow-up treatments or recommendations.
  • Inquire about clients' medical conditions and allergies before providing services, upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Foot Therapist or Reflexologist.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling seamless interactions with clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, prioritizing client satisfaction and well-being.
  • Able to work independently, with patience and respect for clients' needs.
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
