Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Malay Language Teacher to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to share your passion for teaching with learners of all ages and backgrounds. As a Malay Language Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and instructive individual or group sessions that achieve communicative or academic language learning outcomes.

You will create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages and supports learners, guiding them towards their goals. Your high-quality language and pedagogical knowledge will continue to develop through workshops and training courses.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead interactive and effective individual or group sessions at our school, offsite, or online.
  2. Create original lesson plans and activities from our materials in line with our syllabi or customized for individual learners.
  3. Evaluate learners' in-class performance and check homework and grading written and spoken production in assessments.
  4. Support learners who need extra help to keep up with their group or meet their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High proficiency in and comprehensive knowledge of the Malay language.
  • Effective working proficiency with English for communication with colleagues.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification or equivalent training in modern, communicative language pedagogy.
  • 3 or more years of Malay language teaching experience.
