Job Title: Architectural Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced architectural project manager to lead multiple projects from conception to completion. This role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and providing guidance to junior team members.

  • Manage multiple architectural projects, collaborating with senior architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Architecture (Part 2) or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with contract administration, design, and presentation.
