
Insurance Claims Manager Position Available

Insurance Claim Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating the claims process ensuring timely and accurate submissions. They collaborate with Claims Advisors and Customer Service Coordinators to gather information and documents required for claims negotiation and settlement.
This position requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience handling Motor Insurance claims. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills be an independent multitasker and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Claims Advisors on information and documents to support claims negotiation and settlement
- Negotiate with insurers on behalf of customers to secure favorable claims offers
- Analyze and present evidence/information on complex claims cases to ensure accurate resolution
- Provide timely and accurate advice on claims offers and status updates to Claims Advisors and customers
- Evaluate and escalate claims as necessary ensuring timely closure
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6pm Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
