Job Title: Operations Director - Cleaning Services
">- Cleanliness is paramount in the services we provide, and as an Operations Director you will oversee the development of effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain this high standard.
- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients to achieve long-term partnerships and contractual renewals, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment is essential, and you will be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive training to staff on equipment and skills, including robotics and health policies.
- In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to lead staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance management, aligning with organisational, HR, and government policies.
- You will oversee site operations to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness, planning manpower deployment to meet contractual requirements.
- Resolving client feedback and complaints, implementing preventive measures to prevent recurrence, is also an important part of this role.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will also be expected to recruit and interview applicants, conduct performance reviews, and ensure Workplace Safety & Health compliance.
