Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead our team in the ASEAN region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interrogating cross-divisional and external supplier competitiveness, defining and pursuing growth targets, and ensuring customer proximity by transforming market and customer requirements into profitable portfolio opportunities.

The role requires strong strategic and analytic skills, as well as excellent customer-oriented, negotiating, influencing, and relationship management abilities.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Category Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating regular visual and technical benchmarking of product lines against competitor offerings;
  • Providing input for product positioning statements;
  • Defining pricing strategies and making recommendations for new product introductions;
  • Liaising with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies;
