About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Shift Operations Specialist to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless shift operations in accordance with environmental, health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the shift operation in all activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the STS to ensure operational and maintenance activities align with safety procedures
  • Ensure the shop floor remains in a constant state of safety and quality regulatory compliance
  • Perform production, pre-MI and post-MI activities to achieve manufacturing targets
  • Assign operation tasks based on Manufacturing Standard Work (MSW) and Operation Standard Work (OSW)
  • Participate in troubleshooting activities, deviations and coordinating with other functions as required
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, contribute ideas and perform PDCA cycle
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures as part of change control and perform periodic review
Requirements
  • Minimum degree in Chemical Engineering
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Able to work 12 hour shifts (2-2-3)
