Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a seasoned professional in regulatory compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant and applicable regulations. You will serve as the primary compliance advisor for various departments, collaborating closely with them to ensure seamless compliance while driving business growth.

  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments impacting our company and provide expert guidance to business units accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, demonstrating sound ethical judgment in business practices and conduct.
  • Provide critical guidance to business units on how to comply with relevant requirements in the context of issues and problems arising during normal business activities.
  • Work collaboratively with business units to identify and manage regulatory risk, including handling time-sensitive incident reporting to authorities.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, taking into account our company's reputation and key stakeholders' interests.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Conduct training to enhance awareness of compliance policies and regulatory requirements among team members.
  • Manage regulatory requests and promptly inform senior management of significant compliance matters requiring their attention or action.
Requirements:
  • A degree holder in computer science, information technology, information security, economics, accounting, or related disciplines with at least 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated financial industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, paying close attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with a track record of working well in a collaborative environment, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and report writing skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to operate independently.
