Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach with passion: Deliver structured lessons following our curriculum, ensuring students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
  • Conduct interactive lessons: Use creative teaching methods, personalized instruction, and exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
  • Encourage growth: Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guidance throughout their musical journey.
  • Stay connected: Provide regular progress updates to parents through our app, keeping them informed and engaged in their child's musical development.
  • Host recitals: Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
  • Growth opportunities: Represent us at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
  • Track progress: Assess students' abilities, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
  • Inspire and lead: Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity.
  • Continuing education: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest music education trends.
Requirements:
  • A Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) – we value passionate and well-trained musicians.
  • We seek individuals with a bright, cheerful, and engaging personality who can inspire students and make lessons exciting.
  • Confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues is essential.
