Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing quantity surveying activities from pre-tender to post-contract stages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing contract documents and ensuring timely submission of tender bids.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Compiling project data to facilitate kick-off meetings with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate prices and secure agreements.
  • Evaluating technical and commercial submissions from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Managing payment responses and processing claims from subcontractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with on-job training provided for fresh entry-level candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying administration, security of payments acts, and construction practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
