Job Title:
Developmental Program Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Developmental Program Specialist. This role involves guiding parents through our brain development programs, understanding their child's unique needs, and providing tailored recommendations.


Responsibilities:
Engage with parents to understand their concerns and provide suitable program suggestions.
Conduct consultations to explain the benefits of our brain development programs and how they can be tailored to meet individual needs.
Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular follow-ups and progress updates.
Work closely with the teaching team to monitor student progress and address any concerns that may arise.
Assist in sales and marketing efforts, including outreach activities and events.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with centre policies.

Requirements:
A Diploma or degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in education, therapy, or customer service roles is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively.
Ability to clearly explain programs and build trust with families.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position requiring 5 days of work per week with fixed scheduling including weekends.
