Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst

Overview

This role is focused on analyzing and interpreting healthcare data to drive research in the field of physical activity and falls prevention. As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will work closely with our team to develop new methods for long-term monitoring and understanding how environmental factors influence mobility and health.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis: Assist in the evaluation and analysis of functional assessment data from wearable sensors and other sources.
  2. Machine Learning: Assist in developing new machine learning pipelines to extract features from sensor data and predict fall risk in older adults.
  3. Documentation: Maintain organized records of data collection protocols, processing steps, and algorithm versions.
  4. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports on data collection, processing, and pipeline development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and MATLAB.
  • Strong foundation in signal processing and machine learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
