This role is responsible for the maintenance and support of cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless application deployment, user access control matrix review, audit reviews, documentation, configuration management, performance monitoring, and maintenance of UAT & Production Environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely problem resolution to users">
  • Offer training to users on system applications">
  • Maintain system applications through corrective, adaptive, and preventive maintenance">
  • Deploy applications in the cloud environment">
  • Collaborate with IT security consultants for regular system security fixes">
  • Conduct incident investigation and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem resolution">
  • C coordinate capacity and availability management with the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager">
  • Monitor IT tickets and provide timely resolutions">
