We are seeking a skilled and experienced Racing Team Leader to oversee the operations of our Karting facility.

Job Description:

The Racing Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Karting track, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordinating with staff members, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the attractions industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of go-kart safety requirements and regulations
