Housekeeping Director

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership and be able to drive high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a new challenge and develop their skills as a manager.

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that they are relevant and effective.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify areas for improvement and address any guest feedback or concerns.
  • Manage departmental expenses, inventory, and manpower planning to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the housekeeping team to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, service-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English language skills an advantage.
