Job Title

A lecturer is required to teach a course on cyber security governance.

  • This role involves teaching students about policies, procedures, guidelines, techniques, and practices used to detect, protect, prevent, and respond to cyber incidents.
  • The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of cybersecurity governance principles, frameworks, standards, stakeholder roles, and the design of metrics and KPIs for governance, as well as the management and protection of corporate information assets.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Teaching students about cyber security governance.
  2. Providing constructive feedback to students.
  3. Managing and protecting corporate information assets.
  4. Designing and implementing metrics and KPIs for governance.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level.
  • Relevant work experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Availability to conduct a weekly 3-hour lecture over 9 weeks.
  • Class timing flexibility during weekdays or Saturdays between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM, or weekday evenings from 7 PM to 10 PM.
