Senior Test Delivery Manager for Banking and Finance

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Test Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of testing services across our programmes or projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Testing Services: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by bank-appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.
- Plan Testing Deliveries: Drive and collaborate with test service providers and relevant stakeholders to plan all testing-related deliveries for the programme or project.
- Review and Sign Off: Work with testing service providers and relevant stakeholders to review, provide feedback, and sign off on the test strategy, test plans, and other test service providers' artefacts.
- Coordinate Testing Governance: Ensure adoption of testing methods, standards, and tools, and coordinate any health checks or audits with the Test Governance team.
- Manage Scope Changes: Communicate changes to the scope of services to the respective test service providers and factor the impact into the plan.
- Engage Stakeholders: Engage with various stakeholders, including application, security, infrastructure, business, and testing service providers, to ensure testing services meet the banks' objectives and demand.
- Escalation Point: Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders on testing service providers.
- Reporting and SLA Management: Quantify, manage, track, and report test-related statuses, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the programme or project.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Proven working experience in test delivery or an equivalent role with at least 10 years' relevant experience in large and complex organizations, preferably in the area of Banking and Finance, and at least 5 years' senior manager experience in testing.
- Testing Standards and Tools: Extensive experience in managing end-to-end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers, testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking, Wholesale Banking, and Payments Programme, with experience in managing testing on this domain being an advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent client-facing, internal communications, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications: Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $12,000 - $15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits.
