Job Summary

PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment: Perform annual compliance risk assessments to identify key risk areas that need to be monitored.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Testing: Formulate yearly and thematic compliance monitoring and testing plans based on risk assessment results, regulatory horizon scanning, and discussion with key stakeholders.
  • Audit and Inspection: Track for timely resolution of audit/inspection/external review findings that are owned by Compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized/established institution.
  • Experience: 10-15 years relevant experience in compliance functions within a wealth management/private banks, with at least 8 years in Compliance Monitoring roles or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore and Hong Kong regulations, good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
