Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects.
  • Drive business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
  • Provide architectural oversight and governance for large-scale initiatives.
  • Conduct technology evaluations and proof-of-concepts for emerging platforms and frameworks.
  • Establish and enforce technology policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and cultivate strong relationships across business units and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership, with a proven track record in architecture, systems integration, and application development.
  • Deep experience in managing and supporting large-scale COTS implementations, especially SAP and Workday.
  • Minimum 10 years in people management roles, leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience in modern technology stacks, APIs, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Strong program delivery background in complex transformation initiatives.
