Job Title: Manufacturing Automation Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes.

You will be responsible for optimizing the stability and performance of our automation systems and equipment, driving root-cause analysis, and developing data-driven solutions to overcome daily challenges.

With your expertise, we aim to achieve target utilization and uptime, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for manufacturing automation system and equipment's stability and performance improvement
  • Perform root-cause analysis and drive equipment improvements to achieve target utilization & uptime
  • Conduct data analysis and develop data-driven solutions to resolve daily challenges and improve operational performance
  • Manage system and equipment's preventive maintenance program
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of working experience in robotics, manufacturing automation systems, or equipment
  • Hands-on experience with robotic, autonomous mobile robots, and automation systems is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of programming, preferably Python, to analyze data is an advantage
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, is preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional project collaboration is an advantage
