Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Leader to join our team and drive excellence in retail operations. This role will be responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in executing retail strategies and initiatives across Singapore stores.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and achieving set targets.

  • Support the Retail Manager in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and consolidating sales data from each store.
  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of all retail initiatives and projects across Singapore.
  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Manager and assist the team on other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive operational excellence and achieve set commercial targets.
  2. Support the Retail Manager in tracking KPIs and consolidating sales data.
  3. Coordinate and assist in the execution of all retail initiatives and projects.
  4. Provide administrative support to the Retail Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff and management.
