Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate communications specialist to develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute internal communications plans;
- Develop engaging content across various formats (articles, videos, infographics, eDMs, banners) tailored to employees;
- Manage a communications content calendar and ensure timely updates on the company intranet and other channels;
- Plan, execute, and manage employee engagement activities and corporate events (e.g., town halls, offsites, volunteering, staff appreciation);
- Maintain intranet pages and event materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility;
- Track and prepare monthly analytics reports for management review;
- Continuously explore new ways of delivering messages to improve employee engagement and communications effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a similar role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create engaging content;
- Demonstrated experience organizing and managing corporate events;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior leaders and multiple teams.
