Valet Driver

Job Scope

• To ensure smooth valet services for Marina Bay Sands guests, adhering to departmental standards and guidelines.
• Operate the Valet Management System effectively, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in managing traffic flow around the property, promoting a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure personal and vehicle safety, as well as the safety of guests, through proactive measures.
• Manage taxi queues in accordance with departmental guidelines, maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Direct vehicles to designated areas, such as Hall Parking and Valet, as required.
• Handle heavy loads, including luggage, with ease, demonstrating physical stamina and efficiency.
• Provide expert knowledge on Marina Bay Sands' facilities, addressing guest queries and enhancing their experience.
• Deliver an exceptional Arrival Experience, meeting Marina Bay Sands' audit standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve NPS and Audit scores, contributing to departmental KPIs.
• Execute departmental gameplans, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Maintain operational equipment in good working order, ensuring sufficient supplies for duties.
• Support the team with additional operational and departmental tasks, fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Report any anomalies to the Valet management team, facilitating prompt action.

Job Requirements

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
• Exhibit a service-oriented attitude, prioritizing guest satisfaction and needs.
• Possess a pleasant, polite, and positive demeanor, interacting effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrate responsibility, proactivity, and a willingness to take initiative, driving results and growth.
• Work effectively within a culturally diverse team, embracing differences and promoting inclusivity.
• Communicate fluently in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Be available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and Public Holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Perform duties under pressure, working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Withstand long hours and work in outdoor conditions, including humidity, demonstrating physical stamina and resilience.
• Possess basic knowledge of Singapore attractions and places of interest, enhancing the guest experience.
