Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Information Manager to join our team at BIMXITY PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead our information management efforts, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex multi-disciplinary projects, with expertise in BIM authoring tools, federation and co-ordination platforms, and CDEs.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive both learning and delivery.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

About You
  • Degree level or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural, or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary BIM projects, with practical experience as a BIM Lead, BIM Coordinator, or BIM Manager
  • Expert knowledge of BIM authoring tools, such as Open Building, Microstation, Synchro Pro, Projectwise 365, and Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and its application in design and construction projects

You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in interfacing with clients and BIM experts from international organizations.
