Raffles Hotel Singapore is a world-renowned luxury hotel with a rich history and colonial design. We are seeking an experienced Raffles Butler to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Job Description:

\

The Raffles Butler will be at the center of our residents' service experience, executing a range of tasks from pre-arrival to departure. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on detail. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, ability to work well under pressure, and have good judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Execute butler core tasks with precision and attention to detail.\
  • Take ownership of creating personal connections with residents through emotional luxury.\
  • Engage and customize check-in procedures, suite set-up, and orientation.\
  • Anticipate and respond to residents' needs and wants.\
  • Orchestrate special occasions and provide memorable experiences.\
  • Resolve resident feedback and ensure service standards are met.\
  • Promote inter-hotel sales and in-house restaurants and facilities.\
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.\
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and colleagues.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\
  • Other duties as assigned by management.\

Requirements:

To be successful as a Raffles Butler, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.\
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think critically.\
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.\
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in property management systems.\
  • Familiarity with local markets and international luxury travelers' needs.\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.\
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and services.\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.\
