About the Role:
We seek an experienced Sales/Relationship Manager to lead our client base expansion efforts, focusing on building long-term relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and financial advisory firms. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to sales, account management, and relationship-building, leveraging industry insights to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to expand our client base, targeting high-potential sectors such as family offices.
• Support the origination and structuring of new deals by applying investor insights and market research, collaborating with the syndication team.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, cultivating strong and lasting relationships to ensure sustained business development and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, while consistently identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

About You:
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or relationship management, with a strong client-focused approach.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management roles. Background in financial services, business development, or professional services is a plus.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust with clients at all levels.
