Job Overview

As a key leader in our organization, you will drive transformative initiatives and enhance service delivery through data-driven insights and digital solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage stakeholders, leverage data analytics, and develop business cases for projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, developing automation solutions, and overseeing the implementation of digital systems.

  • Identify and prioritize business needs and requirements, developing compelling business cases for project approval.
  • Develop and deploy automation solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and outcomes.
  • Evaluate and select vendor solutions, managing relationships with vendors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain system effectiveness and user experience by addressing technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive transformational change by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that meet business needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in ambiguous and complex environments.
  • Relevant working experience in a similar role, with a focus on systems development and support/maintenance.
  • Training in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an asset.
