**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Safety Specialist to join our team at WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe working environment, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System for QEHS
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and assess potential risks and hazards
* Recommend and implement measures to eliminate or mitigate risks to personnel and the environment
* Organize and promote EHS activities and campaigns to raise awareness among site personnel
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
* Participate in monthly safety committee meetings and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* WSQ Certificates / Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent
* Registered WSHO with MOM; ECO Cert an added bonus
* Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
* Strong safety management skills and ability to work effectively with project teams
