Content Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Analyst to join our team. As a Content Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of content on our platform.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Intake and Processing: Handle legal content removal requests, including document intake and processing, and analyze and interpret content through the lens of our policies without bias.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, perform comprehensive analysis of ambiguous problems, and make data-driven decisions to achieve resolution.
  • Operational Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational workflows across multiple tools, teams, processes, and policies to prevent future escalations.
  • Quality and Customer Experience: Balance throughput time with delivering high-quality, customer-centric resolutions, ensuring a superior experience for all parties involved.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; 2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume legal document intake and processing, content moderation, or customer support escalations.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English; one of the following languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Malay, or Thai) preferred; other language competency a plus.
  • Skill and Qualifications: Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking; extremely detail-oriented; proven experience in providing analyses or recommendations that inform policy/development and/or strategic decision making based on operations.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and simplify complex topics, and present compelling arguments.
