The Job Overview

The Accounting & Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the accounting and operations of the Singapore office. This position requires your presence in the office for 3-4 days per week, with a preference for candidates located in Singapore who can easily commute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make accurate entries of accounts payable invoices and create timely payments
  • Support administrative tasks such as updating medical records, conducting site-specific trainings, and maintaining training records
  • Provide office administration support including arranging courier services and managing office supplies
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma or short experience in accounting is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and proactive attitude
