A compelling opportunity exists for a seasoned Elevator Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of elevator systems across various sites. This involves thorough inspections, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

  • Plan and execute annual inspections, including Full Load and Brake Tests, to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Develop and implement inspection procedures and testing standards to maintain consistent quality
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and manage manpower deployment across multiple sites
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve on-site challenges
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues identified during inspections and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes
  • Contribute to the refinement of SOPs and promote best practices within the team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lift inspections or lift engineering, with responsibilities at the engineer level
  • Strong understanding of local lift inspection regulations and standards
  • Solid employment track record; strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
