Big Data Engineer Job Opportunity in a High-Tech Environment

This role involves working on the construction of offline and real-time data warehouses, handling massive datasets, and providing services for the entire lifecycle of big data. You will be part of a team that designs well-structured data flows, scheduling systems, query engines, data services, analysis systems, process specifications, and data tools/products to maximize data value.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in software development, computer science, or a related technical field, with strong coding skills in SQL, Python, Scala, Java, etc. Experience with big data tools/frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Flink, Kafka, HBase, etc., is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the construction of offline and real-time data warehouses
  • Handle PB-level large-scale data processing
  • Provide services for the entire lifecycle of big data

Qualifications:

  • Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Solid foundation with strong coding skills in SQL, Python, Scala, Java etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data tools/frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Flink, Kafka, HBase, etc.
  • Passionate and self-motivated about technologies in the Big Data area
