Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Solid background in managing construction projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and adaptable to evolving project scopes.
  • In-depth knowledge of local construction codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an asset for communication with regional stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on site demands.
