Senior Property Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Property Administration Coordinator to join our team at SABANA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management, with excellent administrative skills, strong initiative, and organizational abilities. They will be responsible for preparing monthly reports, monitoring utility consumption, ensuring timely renewals of licenses and permits, managing contractor servicing schedules, and providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present accurate monthly reports on property performance and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and control monthly utility consumption, identifying areas for energy conservation and implementing green initiatives as directed by management.
- Ensure all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates are renewed or obtained in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Manage and track Term Contractors' maintenance servicing schedules to ensure optimal property upkeep.
- Communicate effectively with tenants via phone and email on various property management matters.
- Process and manage invoicing for property management services.
- Candidates must possess a minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
- Prior experience in property management is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel, is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent initiative, and superior organizational skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently, handle pressure, and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
This role offers an attractive salary of SGD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic team.
