Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards on construction sites.


Main Responsibilities:
  • • Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at the site
    • Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues
    • Review structural and architectural drawings, method statements, and work schedules
    • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
    • Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets regulatory and project requirements
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, local authorities' requirements, and workplace safety standards
    • Assist in managing permits, inspections, and documentation for civil/structural works
    • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases

Requirements:
  • • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in C&S coordination in construction projects
    • Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
    • Ability to interpret engineering and structural drawings
    • Familiarity with site safety protocols and coordination of site activities
    • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or other CAD software)
