Senior Building Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Services Manager to join our team at UES Holdings Pte. Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and management of building services, ensuring compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Review 3D BIM models to ensure accurate installation details and compliance with design requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate site installation works with contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure smooth progress.
- Lead daily briefings and execute project activities, overseeing the implementation of quality plans.
- Coordinate installation activities, site safety, and material delivery, arranging inspections and testing as necessary.
- Carry out testing and commissioning, including combined services testing for TOP/CSC.
- Handover completed work activities with as-built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients in a timely manner.
- Minimum Diploma in Building M&E Service (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV), Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building services management.
- Familiarity with Building Services (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) code requirements and basic design submission for tender bidding and construction.
- Experience in coordination with architecture, C&S, and process teams for M&E space, maintenance, and fire exit routing.
- Skilled in design, coordination, and project management.
- Experience in tender bidding with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Interpersonal, communication skills, and leadership.
- QP/PE, Green Mark manager, or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is highly desirable.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
