Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain full set of accounts, including financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls
  • Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions, including daily operational AP/AR tasks
  • Perform monthly reconciliation and reports
  • Debts collections - Contact customers to ensure timely payments
  • GST filing
  • Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or Post Graduate Diploma in a related field
  • ACCA qualification (at least Part 2 completed) is highly desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing full set of accounts
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Auto Count Accounting Software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
