As a Key Account Sales Liaison, you will play a critical role in fostering long-term partnerships with our valued customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can effectively communicate with our customers, process orders efficiently, and coordinate with our production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and our sales force to clarify quotes and orders, exchange technical and commercial data, and resolve any questions or problems
  • FOLLOW UP quotation with customer
  • PROCESSING customer orders
  • COORDINATING between Sales and Production
  • ENSURING that customer requirement is understood by Production
  • ISSUING material requisition form
  • COORDINATING documentation for shipment
  • ORGANIZING and maintaining reference files
  • COORDINATING customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assuring the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
  • ASSISTING Accounts Department to follow up on payment
  • CONSOLIDATING monthly sales report
  • Any other ad hoc assignments

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD $3,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

We are looking for a sales professional who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has good communication skills, including both written and verbal communication. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a GCE O Level qualification or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
