Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Coordinator to join our team. As an Incident Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating incident response activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Coordinate and manage incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents.
  • Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to provide updates on incident status and progress.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: ITIL v3.0 Foundation trained or Certified.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with Service Management Tools (e.g., BMC Remedy / Maximo / Service Now).
