Bakery Assistant Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at R & L MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake Banh Mi from scratch, as well as prepare and bake bread and pastries according to established recipes.
  • Mix, prepare, and bake various Vietnamese flour-based products, such as Pau.
  • Prepare ingredients for daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the bakery's day-to-day operations, guaranteeing compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Demonstrate ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
  • Requirements:
  • Familiarity with baking Banh Mi from scratch is essential.
  • Able to produce other Vietnamese flour-based products, such as Pau.
  • Ability to work effectively in hot, hectic environments, standing, walking, bending, using hands and appliances, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.
