Key Responsibilities:- Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors like pricing, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and contract clauses.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies related to procurement and sourcing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Cost Analysis: Perform detailed cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and ensure sourcing initiatives stay within budget.
- Technical Aptitude: Technical inclination with mechanical accessories and components.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Industry Experience: Working experience in semi-conductor environment is an advantage.
- Engineering Skills: Able to read and understand both 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
- BOM Understanding: Able to read and understand BOM and source accessories and components accordingly.
