The Global Response Operations organization responds to real-time crises, proactively identifies and evaluates emerging risks, conducts risk-related investigations, and assesses what we could be doing to best benefit our community.

This team is committed to tackling high-priority, complex, or regulatory enforcement challenges that necessitate specialized operational support, including local knowledge, policy comprehension, and market insights.

The Market Specialist will work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Policy, Legal, Process, and Product teams to review and enforce content reported for potential abuse, resolve user account issues, improve the overall support experience, and address enforcement issues across a wide range of Meta markets.

As part of an On-call Operational structure, this role involves enforcing critical content, particularly in response to Trusted Partner escalations, within SEO Regions with a higher focus on Myanmar.

The Market Specialist will draw upon linguistic expertise in the Myanmar market to identify crucial risk signals and gain valuable content insights that can help address complex operational and risk-related issues present in advertisements and user-generated content.

Exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content may be involved, including graphic images, videos, audio, and writings, as well as offensive or derogatory language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce paid and organic content during crisis responses within the Asia Pacific region while representing the Myanmar Market.
  • Support new policy and product initiatives/launches in Myanmar Market and the broader Asia Pacific Region.
  • Contribute to scalable operational solutions aimed at improving user community support within the Myanmar market.
  • Investigate and address issues reported on Meta products, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.
  • Liaise closely with vendor teams to ensure operational KPIs meet and exceed targets.
