Job Title: Cleaning Services Manager

AVR Cleaning Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Services Manager to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for the organization to achieve its mission and vision.
  • Oversee the work of other managers and teams within the company, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Make high-level decisions that impact the direction of the organization, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and motivate employees to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt to changing business environments to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Support the director in achieving company goals, with a focus on key employee and manager profiles.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Modify plans in response to delays or changes in project scope.
  • Ensure all workers comply with local laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate Human Resources, including Part-Timers and cleaners, to keep labor costs within budget while maintaining service standards and maximizing productivity.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency across all operations.
  • Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
  • Identify and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety protocols related to the project.
  • Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies, and other problems.
  • Promote and search for new customers to drive business growth.
  • Develop knowledge of all cleaning services and guide cleaners and operations supervisors to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
  • Well-knowledge and experienced in the industry.
