Join our team as a Supply Chain Director, where you will play a critical role in driving operational and supply chain excellence for PepsiCo Concentrate. Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement key performance metrics to drive speed, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships, order fulfillment, demand and supply planning, and distribution for finished goods.
- Lead strategic supply chain initiatives related to concentrate supply and distribution.
- Build strategic sector connectivity with BU's and customers to drive higher forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
- Develop plans and strategies to address key SC challenges across freight/logistics, materials, forecast management, and commercialization.
- Lead programs focused on driving and accelerating SC digital capability, ensuring budget timelines and workstreams are successfully delivered within set milestones.
- Define and lead key program hub programs of work, such as global end-to-end simplification, SC Control Tower, and process optimization.
- E2E review of Supply org design and potential optimization of digital capability performance pack development and sector connects.
- Lead strategic initiatives and systems, including system requirements, suppliers, and roll-out plans.
- Develop change management plans and enable capabilities to deliver on global vision.
- Develop material strategies, revised global supply chains, enhanced systems planning capabilities, and change management plans.
- University degree in related discipline (Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations)
- 10 years' experience in FMCG, technical, manufacturing, supply chain
- Broad and thorough understanding of concentrate operations and the concentrate model
- Broad and thorough understanding of how new products are designed and developed
- Proven leadership skills and demonstrated strategic thinking and a global perspective
- Depth of people management experience – must have effectively led/coached managers to build a high-performing team
- Mastery in leading a team in a mainly virtual environment
- Ability to work to tight timelines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization
- Analytically strong with ability to connect multiple insights sources and transform insights into strategies
- Strong relationship builder across functions and geographies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Process Improvement – ability to drive improvements using proven tools & Processes such as LSS with a positive approach and mindset, seeking opportunity and solutions rather than identifying obstacles and hurdles
- Change Management advocate to champion transformation changes required to be faster, stronger, better
