Student Care Centre Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent leadership skills to join our team as a Student Care Centre Manager.

About the Role

The Student Care Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our student care centres, ensuring high-quality service standards and achieving/enhancing enrolment numbers. Key responsibilities include finance management, staff development, marketing, and customer relationship building.

  • Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve/enhance enrolment numbers year-on-year through effective student re-registration strategies.
  • Supervise timely fee collection and minimise bad debts to ensure centre profitability.
  • Oversee major purchases for centre renovation and maintenance to enhance facilities and services.
  • Identify and tap into public grants to enhance revenue or manage curriculum development costs.
  • Ensure adherence to various internal and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

  • Managing centre finances and developing budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Coaching and supporting centre supervisors and staff to deliver quality student care and enrichment programmes.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase centre visibility and appeal.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with parents, schools and other stakeholders to enhance reputation and growth.
  • Ensuring centre compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in any discipline from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing student care centres.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for working with children and developing educators.
  • Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders: staff, parents, school leaders, and corporate clients.
