Customer Service Representative: Ensuring Exceptional Customer Experiences
Key Responsibilities:To provide exceptional customer service and support, we require a skilled and dedicated representative to assist in the implementation of customer service tasks and duties. This includes receiving and attending to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Analyze customer requests, complaints, and channel them to relevant staff for follow-up action, ensuring all cases are attended to promptly.
- Monitor and report on customer surveys and feedback.
- Organize company functions, community activities, general office correspondence, and respond to customer requests.
- Prepare, explain, negotiate, monitor, and maintain security services agreements.
- Attend to and manage customers' requests for rate reductions.
- Manage customers' termination notices, salvage accounts, and handle issues including dismantling and compensation.
- Manage tenants of multi-tenanted buildings, promote our services to tenants, and develop and implement customer service programs.
- Maintain and monitor the company website, digital marketing platforms, and attend to customers' requests from the website.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
