Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic planning and material preposition strategies across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to raw material sourcing strategy development, supplier capacity planning, and seasonal supply planning processes.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of direct source suppliers and OTP performance by leveraging strong relationship building and business acumen.
  • Develop and implement supplier management tools to achieve GMP strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute global material planning strategy and meet brand requirements.
  • Analyze organizational performance, forecast operational risks, and work on issue resolution with global material supply organization and other global functions.
  • Recruit and maintain a high-performing team to meet or exceed business performance expectations.

Key Result Areas:

  • Execute global material planning strategy to meet brand requirements by translating their needs and future trends into supplier-facing capability requirements.
  • Understand demand forecasts, brand/regional business requirements, and co-lead creation of raw material sourcing strategy through multi-horizon plans drawn up to achieve long-term brand revenue targets and growth expectations.
  • Develop and evolve supplier management tools to ensure achievement of GMP strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Co-lead design and execution of material preposition initiatives to enable on-time performance.
