We are seeking an experienced Product Development Director to lead the development and implementation of customer-centric insurance solutions in Singapore.

The role reports into the Team Lead for Traditional Products and is a senior member within the section responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric insurance solutions.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Product Development to support the Team Lead on the development and implementation of customer-centric insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of customer-centric insurance solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing the product roadmap and key stories for the product line;
- Delivering of customer centric insurance solutions by involving our customers, distribution partners and other stakeholders in our product development process;
- The development, implementation and on-going management of our product initiatives and other enhancements that align with our business directions.
The role requires excellent project management, problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to use rigorous logic, and a highly structured approach and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
Estimated Salary: SGD 180,000 - SGD 250,000 per annumRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of customer-centric insurance solutions;
- Demonstrated experience in working with multi-channel distribution and multi product lines;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Highly structured approach and methods to solve problems with effective solutions;
- University degree - Actuarial, Accounting or Finance preferred.
