Supervisor Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor to join our team as a relief teacher. The role involves overseeing the daily activities of primary school children after school hours, ensuring their safety, security, and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to model positive behavior and promote compliance and discipline. A diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable, along with the ability to understand primary school curricular content and supervise homework completion.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively with parents, guardians, and drivers to ensure a smooth transfer of student custody. The successful candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a positive mindset to learn and grow.

About the Role:

  • Supervise primary school children in preparing for, initiating, and completing their daily homework.
  • Ensure safety and security at all times, taking active initiative to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Model positive behavior to ensure compliance and discipline.
  • Ensure smooth transfer of student custody between the parties (parents/guardians, drivers).

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) or WSQ Student Care Programme is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand primary school curricular content and supervise homework completion.
  • Great communication and classroom management skills.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a positive mindset to learn and grow.
