This role is pivotal in driving company success, shaping the carbon market, and making a significant impact on the broader sustainability ecosystem. It's based in Singapore and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our platform features and evolving product portfolio, including carbon credit solutions, CORSIA-eligible products, renewable energy certificates (RECs), and emerging climate-related market instruments.
You will work cross-functionally with commercial, origination, legal, operations, and technology teams to scan the market, define product strategy, and bring new offerings to market that meet client and market needs.
- Monitor market trends, policy developments, and regulatory changes across voluntary and compliance carbon markets.
- Analyse emerging buyer preferences, standards, and technological innovations influencing product development.
- Benchmark our product offering against competitors.
- Support the definition and evolution of our product roadmap and prioritization framework.
Work with internal stakeholders to support go-to-market planning and launch of new products. Prepare client-facing and internal materials (e.g., product briefs, sales enablement content, FAQs). Coordinate pilots or product rollouts with early adopters and strategic partners.
- Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product management, sustainability consulting, or market development — ideally in carbon markets or environmental sectors.
- Sharp analytical skills and structured thinking — comfortable working with market data and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of voluntary and/or compliance carbon markets and other environmental products.
